     Manufacting Defects Coordinator / QA Specialist 1.3 years    

     Was hired to reduce the occurrence of packaging defects.
     After six months of data collection and analysis, discovered
     the problem was morale driven.  Created and instituted
     a positive feed-back inspection program which resulted
     in an overall 70% reduction in manufacturing defects.

FRITO-LAY PACKAGING QUALITY ASSURANCE (Carrollton, TX):
     Lab Technician and Computer Specialist 2.3 years
             
     Accomplishments:
     Programming PQA's VAX rating system in SAS, both final 
     calculations and graphics.
     Created Youden program in SAS which produces the final
     data in table and graph form (circle included).
     Rewrote suppiler data compression program with extra data
     checks and user friendly screens.

     General Duties:
     Producing graphs (Graphwriter II and SAS) and presentation �
     slides (GEM) for various managers in NQA (National Quality
     Assurance) Department.
